Lot-level
documentation.
HPLC establishes identity and purity on each production lot. The certificate covering the lot you actually receive is released to approved accounts.
Any supplier can print a label. The question a buyer should ask is what evidence exists that the contents match it, and for which lot that evidence was generated.
Issued per production lot
Each production lot is analysed on its own. A certificate cloned from an earlier batch is documentation theatre, and the discrepancy only becomes visible at the point where it costs something.
Provided to approved accounts
Release is limited to verified business accounts. Each shipment carries its own lot certificate, and the archive is kept intact so historical lots remain auditable for as long as the account is open.
What a certificate records
- Compound identity
- Purity established by HPLC
- Lot reference
- Date of analysis
- Method of analysis
Requesting documentation
Approved accounts can request certificates and current lot availability at any time. If you are still evaluating suppliers, start the account process and documentation is provided as part of that review.
