Who is eligible for an account?
Verified businesses only: research supply distributors, contract research organisations, analytical and testing laboratories, and institutional research purchasing. Business documentation must be on file before a first order dispatches. There is no consumer account type.
What does For Research Use Only mean?
The materials are supplied for laboratory research conducted by trained personnel in an appropriate facility. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or medical devices, have not been evaluated or approved by the FDA, and are not for human or veterinary use.
How is pricing structured?
Volume tiers, released once the account is approved. Because the tier is set on total volume, an account sourcing across the range lands better than one buying a single compound.
How fast is dispatch?
Confirmed before 2 PM PT, it leaves the next business day from US warehousing. In-stock presentations run 24 to 48 hours end to end.
Is a COA provided?
Yes. HPLC establishes identity and purity at production lot level, and approved accounts receive the certificate for the exact lot shipped. The archive is retained for the life of the account.
Where is stock held?
In United States warehousing. Because inventory is already domestic, customs does not appear anywhere in the delivery timeline.
Is private label available?
Yes. Custom vial labelling and packaging for distribution partners presenting under their own brand. Raise the requirement during account setup.
Is there a minimum order?
Minimums differ by compound and presentation and are listed alongside the tiered price sheet once the account is approved.
Do you ship outside the US?
Distribution accounts are supported domestically and internationally. Destination requirements are confirmed per account during verification.
How often does the range change?
New compounds are added as they clear verification. Approved accounts can request the current catalog and availability list at any time.
